Download Google Talk For Linux video chatting plug-in, and Google Talk Software from here
Works on the following operating systems: Linux, Windows and Mac
Select your Download Google Talk package, .deb for Debian/Ubuntu/Linux Mint
Open with GDebi package installer. GDebi can install local .deb packages with automatic dependency resolution (it automatically downloads and installs the required packages).
Install Package, when completed, close the GDebi package installer window
Google Talk Login, Sign in to your Gmail Account, user name and password
Start Chat and GTalk Video calls whit your friends
